Interventional cardiologist Salman Allana, M.D., Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, is a first author on a scientific research paper published in EuroIntervention, the official journal of EuroPCR and the European Association of Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (EAPCI). The paper, entitled “The tip-in and rendezvous techniques in retrograde chronic total occlusion percutaneous coronary interventions,” examines the frequency and outcomes of the tip-in and rendezvous techniques in a large, multicenter registry.
